Mark 7:24-30 – WHEN IT COMES TO PRAYER, HANG IN THERE!
When it comes to prayer, hang in there! God does not always answer our prayers quickly, and sometimes it may take years to answer. When we know something is God’s will, we are not to give up praying!
The Scripture we just read is the story of a Gentile woman of faith who “hung in there” in a live session with the Lord Jesus. Her faith was complimented by Jesus in Matthew 15:28. Let’s learn from this lady some lessons about persistent prayer, especially concerning the Lord’s Work.
Vs. 24 – This was in a Gentile area outside of Galilee, an area that was known as Phoenicia, and would be part of modern-day Lebanon. It appears that Jesus was taking some rest, and probably wanted to do some teaching of His disciples. He probably left Judah for the sake of privacy.

This woman came because she kept caring, she was persistent. If we really care about people, we will be persistent in prayer.
