TODAY!
- We, as Christians, need a sense of urgency!
- I believe we need a desire to grow Spiritually today!
- There are certain things God wants us to do every day, therefore I must resolve to do them today with His empowering!
TODAY I WILL PRAISE AND GIVE THANKS TO HIM!
Hebrews 13:15 – By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name
1 Thessalonians 5:16, 18 -Rejoice evermore… In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
TODAY I WILL PRAY!
1 Thessalonians 5:17 – Pray without ceasing.
Colossians 4:2 – Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
Ephesians 6:18 – Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
TODAY I WILL TRUST AND OBEY! (Have Faith)
Hebrews 13:6 – But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 3:18-19 (NKJV) – And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
TODAY I WILL BE CONTROLLED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT
Ephesians 5:18 – And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
TODAY I WILL PRODUCE FRUIT
Galatians 5:22-23 – But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
TODAY I WILL WITNESS
Matthew 5:16 – Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
1 Peter 3:15 – But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
