Acts 3:1-4:4 – ATTENTION GRABBERS – The Model Church #7,

Do people ever do things to get someone else’s attention?  Give some examples.

Has God ever done anything to get your attention, or the attention of a loved one? Give an example.

What are some of the things God did in the Bible to get people’s attention?

In the early church, God wanted the attention of the Jews, and later the Gentiles. He would work miracles through the Apostles to get the attention of the unsaved.

Hebrews 2:3-4 – How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; [4] God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

Today we want to look at the first miracle that was worked after Pentecost.  It was an attention grabber, which resulted in another sermon from Peter, and a great number of souls saved.
