The “rich young ruler” had a good, relevant question, “What good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?”

In essence was saying, “You call me good and there is none good but God. That means I am God.”

The one thing the man lacked was faith enough in Christ to leave behind his wealth.

God does the “impossible” through Calvary in order to save a person’s soul.
