1 Timothy 4:12-16 – A PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY
Everyone who works has a “philosophy” of work.
Some peoples philosophy is avoid work like “the plague”
Other people’s philosophy is to do just enough work to get by.
Other people’s philosophy is to look like they are doing more than they actually are.
Still others have a philosophy of doing their very best!
Anyone who serves the Lord Jesus as Savior has been called to service or ministry. We need to have a philosophy of ministry. That is, we need to decide how we are going to carry out our work. Paul gave Timothy a great philosophy of ministry. We should follow it too!
