Matthew 24:42-47 – A GOOD SERVANT
All those who are saved are servants of the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, all of us can relate to our text. However, those of us who are pastors and missionaries need to take special heed to this passage. This might make a good ordination service message.
CALLING – “servant” – Vs. 45
CHARACTER – “faithful and wise” – Vs. 45
CHARGE – “lead” (rule) and “feed” (give meat) Vs. 46
COMMENDATION – “so doing” Vss. 46-47 (See Vss. 42-44 as well.)
