CELEBRATING THE MERCY OF
GOD
Here is a psalm that
appears difficult to outline however there is a definite pattern of thought.
The chorus after each
thought is "...for his mercy endureth
forever."
God's mercy is certainly
the focal point of this Psalm.
THE MERCY OF THE GOD IN
CONTROL - Vss. 1-4
He is the
"LORD" (Jehovah).
He is "God of
gods."
He is "Lord of
lords."
THE MERCY OF THE GOD OF
CREATION - Vss. 5-9
THE MERCY OF THE GOD IN
COMBAT - Vss. 10-20
The Wilderness - Vs. 16

Notice that God's combat
was on behalf of his people (Psalm 34:7)

God gave the land. Vss.

God remembered
God gives food to all.
