THANK GOD FOR CALVARY!

The Easter season is a time to be thankful for what Jesus did on the cross. Here are six things to be thankful for concerning Christ's work on Calvary:

1. JESUS CHRIST SUBMITTED TO GOD'S PLAN Luke 22:39-46

2. JESUS CHRIST STAYED ON THE CROSS Luke 23:35-38

He was challenged to come off the cross if He was the Son of God.

He didn't so that He might pay for our sins.

3. JESUS CHRIST SPOKE IN LOVE

    Concerning His persecutors. Luke 23:33-34

    To His mother John 19:25-27

To The Thief On The Cross

    To The Father Luke 23:46

4. JESUS CHRIST WAS SEPARATED FROM THE FATHER

   Matthew 27:45-46

5. JESUS CHRIST SATISFIED SIN'S DEBT John 19:28-30, 2

   Corinthians 5:21

6. JESUS CHRIST SAVES THOSE WHO BELIEVE Romans 5:1
