As we continue our study of Hebrews, we are entering the “practical” side of the book. The whole Book is practical, but from here to the end of the chapter the author is emphasizing practical Christian living. Hebrews 10:19-25 shows us some things that we should not only do as individuals but as God’s family as well.
V What makes people hesitant to enter into the presence of Almighty God?
V How often did the High Priest enter the “Holy of Holies”? When was there great relief concerning the High Priest on the Day of Atonement?
V When we enter “the holiest” what are we doing? How often and on what basis do we come? How is it a “new and living way”?
V What happened to the veil around the “Holy of Holies” when Jesus died and what was this a picture of? Mark
V When can we have boldness when we come before God’s presence? Is it possible to be too bold, and if so, how?
V In what ways are Christians not bold enough when they come before God?
v Why is having a High Priest before God necessary?
v Why is having a High Priest before God comforting?
v Why is having a High Priest before God challenging?

v What should we remember about our brothers and sisters in Christ and their access to the High Priest? How will this affect our attitude towards believers with whom we have disagreements?
v How confident should a believer feel when he comes before God?
P Where should we want to run constantly, or better yet, abide?

P What is the difference between assurance and full assurance when it comes to faith? Can you think of other Bible verses that tell you that faith is essential when one approaches God?
P How can our hearts be sprinkled from an evil conscience?
1 Corinthians - And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
1 John 1:7 - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
